Teriyaki Pineapple Sticky Cups

 

DIRECTIONS:

Sauté meatballs in olive oil until hot.

Add sauce and cook until heated throughout.

Place 4 meatballs into each lettuce cup.

Divide vegetable mixture into 4 equal amounts and top each lettuce cup.

Garnish with sesame seeds and sriracha sauce ( if you like it spicy ).

INGREDIENTS:

16 Sabatino organic paleo teriyaki pineapple meatballs

4 large crisp romaine leaf’s

1/2 cup peeled shredded carrots

1/2 cup peeled finely diced cucumbers

1/2 cup shredded red cabbage

4 Tbls chopped cilantro

4 Tbls chopped green onion

4 Tbls olive oil ( for sauté)

Sesame seeds

Sriracha

SAUCE:

1/2 oz low sodium soy sauce

2.5 oz plum sauce

2.5 oz teriyaki sauce

2.0 oz honey

Combine all ingredients and mix well
