Meatball Wellington

 

DIRECTIONS:

Brown Meatballs in a skillet on medium-high heat and set aside to cool.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Cut your pastry puff sheets into 12 squares.

Flour your work space and roll out your pastry dough squares.

Place mozzarella in center of pastry, place meatball on top of the cheese, and fold the ends together enclosing the meatball.

Place your balls seam side down in non-stick oven sheet.

Brush with egg wash.

Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or golden brown

Serve on top of Marinara sauce, and garnish with basil and parmesan.

INGREDIENTS:

12 Sabatino’s Tomato Basil Meatballs

1 Egg

2 Pastry Puff Sheets

Olive Oil

Flour (for countertop surface)

1/2 Cup of Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Basil

Parmesan Cheese

Marinara Sauce (Dipping Sauce)
