Cauliflower Pizza With Paleo Tomato Basil Meatballs

 

DIRECTIONS:

Top uncooked pizza crust with sliced meatballs, diced tomatoes, and salt and pepper.

Follow cauliflower pizza crust cooking instructions.

Remove from oven, garnish with fresh cut basil.

Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil before serving.

For non-paleo option top with your favorite cheese before baking - delicious with feta.

INGREDIENTS:

1 10” cauliflower pizza crust

1 medium tomato diced small

¼ cup fresh basil rough chopped

2 tbs extra virgin olive oil

6 paleo tomato basil meatballs sliced ¼ inch thick

Salt and pepper to taste
